Twelve nations. One map. Only one flag left at the end.
INKWAR is a real-time conquest game. Click land to march on it, and watch the front line crawl across forests, hills and rivers that each fight you differently. Found cities to field your armies, tax your people for gold, and turn that gold into forts, ports, factories, warships, airports and missile silos.
But the map is only half the war. Every rival leader can be talked to. Ask them for gold or soldiers and they will weigh your strength before answering. Demand tribute and the weak will pay while the strong remember the insult. Alliances expire, allies betray whoever is winning, and if you destroy a nation you inherit everything they owned — their treasury, their armies, their cities.
Invade across the sea, drop paratroopers behind enemy lines, intercept a nuclear strike with a silo, or pull a failing offensive back before it bleeds you dry. Then watch the whole war again in the replay.
Hold seventy percent of the world, or be the last flag standing.
Left-click to attack land bordering yours. Right-click a nation for diplomacy, a tile to build. Drag to pan, scroll to zoom. On mobile: tap to attack, long-press for menus, drag to pan, pinch to zoom. 1-9 sets the attack ratio, R withdraws all attacks, B opens research, H shows heatmaps, Space pauses.
