Crypt of Loot is a fast-paced twin-stick dungeon crawler in retro pixel art. Dive into procedurally generated crypts, blast skeletons, bats, ghosts and dark mages, find the key to the locked exit and descend deeper and deeper. Every 5 crypts a Crypt Demon guards the stairs.
Pick one of four heroes: the balanced Wizard, the slow but brutal Warrior, the rapid-fire Elf or the Valkyrie whose spear pierces through enemies. Gold you collect goes to your Vault when you fall: unlock new heroes and forge permanent upgrades (max HP, damage, speed, loot luck) so every run starts stronger.
Each crypt is full of surprises: gold thieves that sneak out of the shadows, altars that bless or curse you, sealed challenge rooms, breakable barrels and tombs, hidden passages behind cracked walls, a shop with upgrades, floor quests, kill combos and magic scrolls: triple shot, orbital shield, rapid fire and a screen-clearing bomb.
Auto-aim keeps things fast on desktop and mobile. Drag to aim manually when you want precision.
Desktop: Arrow keys or WASD to move. Auto-aim shoots at the nearest enemy. Hold the left mouse button or Space to aim and fire manually. P or Esc pauses, M toggles music. Press 1-4 on the title screen to pick a class.
Mobile: Left thumb, hold and drag to move. Right thumb, hold to shoot with auto-aim or drag to aim.
Find the KEY to open the locked exit room, then take the STAIRS to the next crypt. Buy upgrades at the shop with gold. Touch altars at your own risk. Gold thieves only die to manual aim!
