Test your luck with six dice. You'll roll the dice and keep whatever scores, then make a choice: roll again to chase more points, or bank your current total before a bad throw ruins your entire turn. You can play against up to five friends or take on the computer by yourself. The goal is simple, be the first player to bank 10,000 points.

Looking for a faster game? Try Sprint, which is a race to 4,000. You could also play Greed, where big combinations earn double points, but farkling three times in a row will cost you points.

How to play

  1. Roll. You start your turn by rolling all six dice.
  2. Keep your scoring dice. You must set aside at least one die that scores. Single 1s and 5s always count, and you can also score combinations like three of a kind. The scorecard next to the dice lists every possible combination and its objective value.
  3. You can roll again or bank. Roll the dice you didn't keep to try and add more points, or bank to add your current points to your total score and end the turn. Keep in mind that the fewer dice you have left, the riskier your next roll becomes.
  4. Don't farkle. If a roll results in no scoring dice at all, you farkle. This means your shift ends immediately and you lose every point you haven't banked yet. Points are only truly safe once you bank them.
  5. Hot dice. If all six dice score, you get all of them back. You can keep rolling while your points stay in play. Keep in mind: points that you have kept but haven't banked yet can be lost!

Your first bank has to be worth at least 500 points before your score starts counting. Once a player passes 10,000, everyone else gets one final turn to beat them.

Controls

  • Left-click or tap a die to set it aside. You can click or tap it again to put it back. Die that you have kept (grey border) cannot be put back. Die that have a red outline cannot score you in any category and must be put back.
  • Roll: roll whatever dice are remaining.
  • Bank: add the points from your turn to your total score and pass the turn on.
  • Scorecard: click any highlighted row to set aside all dice for that specific combination at once. Hover over it to see dice that are included in that score.
