The closer to the center you release, the bigger the earwax and the happier your patient. Earn up to 5 stars and fees for each treatment, then save up to grow your little clinic into a hospital, a tower, and finally a golden palace. Each upgrade makes the timing bar faster, so stay sharp!

Get 5 stars three times in a row and a rich cat in a crown pays a visit. Treat them perfectly for a huge reward!
