How to Play

Start with simple exercises using basic equipment such as push-ups and sit-ups. Tap or click to perform sets and earn strength points.

Level up to unlock new gear. The more advanced the equipment, the faster your strength increases.

Compete with other players on the map. Surpass them in level to gain bonuses and better rewards.

Enter the ring to fight bosses of different difficulty levels. Each boss requires a certain strength level. Defeat them all to earn the title of Ultimate Gym Boss.

Use boosters and upgrades to speed up your progress and unlock new outfits for your character.

Tip: Keep progressing to stronger equipment, as constant growth is the key to victory.
