Run a little bookshop on a rainy street. Fill the shelves, serve the customers who come in out of the rain, and get to know the regulars, whose stories unfold one chapter per visit.
Hire a cozy crew (a shop cat, a retired librarian, a shop assistant, a delivery kid, a baker and a gardener) who keep things running while you relax. Open a Tea Room and a garden, decorate every corner, collect rare books, answer your neighbours' requests and grow the Story Tree over many chapters.
Pixel art, gentle rain on the window, a crackling fire and lo-fi music. Nothing is lost if you miss something, and the shop keeps earning while you're away.
Controls
- Mouse / touch = tap "Shelve a book" (hold to keep shelving), tap customers to recommend a book, tap the cat to pet her, tap the fire to add a log, tap garden plots to plant, water and harvest, drag on the foggy window to draw
- Keyboard = Space to shelve (hold to keep going), C for Cozy Mode, Esc to leave it
